how i became "nick, the clean machine"

First of all, let me introduce myself, I’m Nick Cappelletty, proud owner of Cappelletty Janitorial. We are fairly new to commercial cleaning services in the Visalia area, but don't think for a minute we lack the experience and skills needed to get the job done right!
When I started this company, a few years back, I wanted to create a company that could truly deliver excellent, dependable, and friendly commercial cleaning services.
I have been in the cleaning industry for far too long not to know that there are too many companies out there that don't live up to the hype they pitch their customer. I always found this troubling and even baffling. Why can't these companies walk the talk? Why can't they keep their accounts? How do these janitorial companies survive doing mediocre work at best?
Well, honestly, I still don't know the answers to those questions. But I saw an opening to start my own business. But what were my qualifications?
As a young man, I became a high rise window cleaner in 1993. I was trained by three men who believed in quality work and living up to promises made to customers. They made a lasting impression on me. As a result, I developed an eye for detail and a cleaning machine was born.
Over the years, performing to a high standard of excellence and making my employers and customers happy has been rewarding.
So you're probably asking how did a window cleaner become a janitor?
When I first started my own business, I was focused on cleaning just windows. But it seemed that every time I tried to get an account, the potential customer would say sorry-our-janitorial-service-is-doing-them. Then I'd look at their windows. Sad. They looked horrible.
They were being taken advantage of and that's not right.
One day, I thought if the janitorial services are breaking into window cleaning, then this window cleaner is going into the janitorial business. And that's just what I did.
Cappelletty Janitorial was born!
So many great things have taken place since our launch in 2013. Customers are happy, technicians enjoy their work, and we are growing at a crazy-busy rate. What I love most of all are the new friends I have made along the way.
My customers are more than numbers and dollar signs, they’re people I have gotten to know on a friendly, as well as professional level. They are comfortable calling me, knowing I will rectify any situation or problem that may arise, quickly and painlessly. They are confident in my commercial cleaning services, bottom line. And I intend to keep it that way.
